WHERE CAN I VIEW OR TRY ON YOUR DRESSES?Our bridal studio is nestled in Gwandalan, on the beautiful Central Coast of Australia. You can book your complementary 1-hour appointment online via our website under the "Appointments" tab.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?Appointments can be booked directly on your website. Select the "Appointments" tab and scroll down until you find the booking widget. Select your date and time and complete the online form. You will receive an appointment confirmation via email - please ensure that you have entered your email address correctly.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING?We can accommodate a bride and a MAXIMUM of 3 adult guests in the space we have. This number is determined by the Council under which we operate and we can not change that. Thank you for respecting this and assisting us to comply with Council and WHS Regulations. Please note that we can not accommodate children under the age of 10 years due to WHS risks.

CAN I BRING CHILDREN TO MY FITTING APPOINTMENT?While we adore children, we ask that children under 10 years of age don't attend the appointment. This is your time to find the perfect dress and the process will require your full attention for a positive and stress-free experience. In addition, our environment is not set up to accommodate young children, which imposes a potential WHS Risk for children, clients and staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

WHAT SIZE AM I?Each supplier has their own size chart. Your wedding dress size will depend on the style, materials and brand you choose. To assist you with your size, we need your full bust, narrow waist and full hip measurements. A measuring guide can be found on our website under the "Size and Fit" tab. We recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional to ensure accuracy. Please note that your wedding dress size is not your everyday wear clothing size. Your size will differ and it is not uncommon for your wedding dress size to be 2-3 sizes bigger. If you are in-between sizes, we highly recommend that you order a size bigger as it is easier to take a dress in than letting out.

WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?Our dresses can be ordered in Standard sizes only, therefor, final alterations may be required to get the final fit / preferred look. We do not offer alteration services, but can refer you to a dressmaker/seamstress. Alternatively, you can choose your own alterations specialist.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?Andrea & Leo Couture: In-stock items can ship out immediately, however, if your size is not in stock and a batch is in production, it can take approx. 4 - 14 weeks for the batch to be completed. Please let us know the size you require as well as your wedding date and we'll be able to provide you with an ETA. Helen Fontaine: These dresses are made on order and it will take approx. 12 weeks to make + delivery time. Ladivine: In-stock items can ship out immediately, however, if your size is not in stock and a batch is in production, it can take approx. 4 - 14 weeks for the batch to be completed. Please let us know the size you require as well as your wedding date and we'll be able to provide you with an ETA. Nox Anabel: In-stock items can ship out immediately, however, if your size is not in stock and a batch is in production, it can take approx. 4 - 14 weeks for the batch to be completed. Tania Olsen: In-stock items can ship out immediately, however, if your size is not in stock we will need to place a special order for you, which can take approx. 16 weeks. Alternatively, we will have to place an order for your with the supplier and production can take up to 14 weeks. Please let us know the size you require as well as your wedding date and we'll be able to provide you with an ETA. Unique Bridal Collection: The current turnaround time is 10-16 weeks + delivery time. We recommend that you order your dream dress as soon as you know that it's "the one" as lace can become unavailable at any time. If your wedding date is less than 10 weeks away, please email us prior to placing your order.

DELIVERY, DELIVERY TIME, COSTS AND IMPORT DUTIES & TAXESDELIVERY We deliver anywhere in Australia and to most international countries. DELIVERY TIME Approximate time frames are as follows:* Delivery within Australia: 2-7 working days* International delivery: 5-15 working days, depending on your location. * Our estimated delivery time frame may be affected by custom import processes. * Estimated delivery times are in addition to order processing time. COSTS Delivery within Australia is charged at AU$45 and international delivery is charged at AU150.00, which includes tracking, insurance and signature on delivery. IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOM CHARGES Each country determines its own duties, taxes and any other costs associated with importing goods. These payments are usually due upon collection or delivery of goods. These additional payments are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the Client. Please check these additional charges with your country's customs office prior to placing your order as we can not be held responsible for any additional charges which you may incur to get your goods delivered.
